Build Notes
Makes an exceptional Dexterity based character just don't expect to make many Strength checks. Can also be flexed to a Strength based Fighter (Fighter/WM/Monk type) with the large Dexterity bonus (+10) meaning you can afford to convert more Epic Prowess Feats to Strength.
