Extremely Rare Subrace

These races can be unlocked via using the corresponding Books of Races which are obtained from Ixion via payment through Soul Canopics looted from Limbo (other areas which drop these yet to be implemented).

These are sometimes referred to as XR races and are shown in purple once tagged to your account.

Legend and Terminology

  • Appearance:
    • Y: Appearance is changed. Armor will not be visible, only weapons and possibly a shield if equipped.
    • W: Only wings are added.
    • S: Appearance and size change to small.
    • L: Appearance and size change to large.
    • T: Tail is added.
    • D: Appearance is changed to a dynamic appearance. Armor will be visible.
    • FC: A Favored Class does not contribute to that character's Multiclass Penalty. Note that a Favored Class for a subrace will overwrite the Favored Class of its base race.
    • BC: Bonus Class Subraces give a bonus to all experience points gained for that character.

The subraces with Y, S, and L appearance changes are physically changed. A Dwarf Dracotaur is no longer medium, instead large. And can use a large weapon in one hand.

Elf

Base *+2-2***MFC: Wizard, Low-Light, WP: Longsword/Rapier, Short/Longbow, All elves can raise any cross-class skill to 31 (the normal level 60 limit) starting at level 41 for the normal 2 points per rank. For skills which are cross-class for their control class but which are class skills for one of their other classes, elves may raise them to the normal class skill limit for 3 points per rank above 31 in legendary levels. These skill ranks may not be taken on the same level as ordinary 2-point cross-class skill ranks; a skill must first be increased to 31 before it can be raised past 31 on a later level.
