Duration: 1 Round / Level

Description: All allies within the area of effect are hasted, instead of haste now adds one bonus attack, two if the caster has GSF Transmutation, or three if they have Legendary SF Transmutation.

When cast by a Dwarven Warchanter treated as Evocation; casts a Large Earthquake effect at the targeted location; DC increased by 2.
