Build Notes

Allows taking of Dragon Disciple class at level 2 due to +8 lore bonus, this can enable taking of another prestige class (such as Weapon Master or Blackguard which would not be possible without this bonus) prior to Epic levels. Can also be used for Staffmaster or other Strength based builds. The Any race means that you can use it for race restricted builds such as Arcane Archer, Dwarven Defender or Gnomish Inventor.
