Lots of Kuo-Toa and some Water Beetles. The Greater Ring of Electrical Resistance (bring a Lore potion to help identify if you are not taking this skill) can be found on a corpse in this area and can be very useful for dealing with the kickback from Crystal Beetles as found in the Underdark River & Underdark Crystal Cave.
