- Gnomes receive 2 additional skill points per level. Skill points for levels prior to 41 will be granted at level 41.
- Unless otherwise noted for the subrace used a multiclass gnome's Wizard class does not count when determining whether he suffers an XP penalty for multiclassing, however Gnomes with any levels in Bard substitute Bard for Wizard as their base favored class.
