The loot in Oinos is random.

UR loot drops very frequently. Sometimes even BUR loot. Hells consumables drop here and gems quite often. Oinos and Rona are the only LL areas where you can spawn BUR items playing solo making it a good place to bide your time whilst waiting for a party run. It is a good idea to set the !Autosell function if you don't have the ability to identify loot to save picking up a ton of useless gear and having to sort through it later.
Take care when picking up unidentified items as artifacts (currently The Orb of Dragonkind & Mask of Vhaerun) can drop here, as these are only valued at 1GP they will automatically identify if checked.
