Beholder items are generally level 55. One of 'Level 55' or 'Beholders' should be chosen.

There ought to be a 'Hells Drops' generic category for non-BURs that drop in the Hells. Breaking out Tiamat items and Dis weapons separately is probably worthwhile.

For item drop value, I'd like more input. Is the 'Set-area' idea correct? Should we distinguish between items dropped staticly and randomly in the area, on a mini-boss, on the boss, or in treasure room? (8 combos).
