Axis Erundia

The area before the Illithid city in Penumbra, to activate the portal you will need a Master Translation Rod and a Mentari Mindstill (consumed on opening the portal). The creatures here will only spawn if you move past the Penumbra portal towards the Vashyk's Fall transition or in fact come through from that side first.
