To access the Beholder Prison you will need to destroy some rocks and use a Seal Breaker (obtained from a barrel in the Cellar under Rip's Wretched Brewery) on the symbol on the floor once you have killed the Basilisks present in the final room. The loot in the corner contains the Quiver of Endless Dung Arrows which can be used by any class and is handy to save costs on arrows (and stop you inconveniently running out) at low levels
