Specifics: The character with this feat is able to get a second off-hand attack (at a penalty of -5 to his attack roll).
Use: automatic
Notes
- This feat cannot be selected when gaining a ranger level.
- Improved two-weapon fighting is gained as a class feat at ranger level 9.
