Another area populated with undead although these hit hard they do not have negative drain so any 20+ casters with access to 'Undeath to Death' can make short work of these creatures and they give excellent XP for level appropriate characters. If you are solo melee grab some Nine Lives rings from the merchants as these will reduce the creatures hitpoints to single digit numbers and make them easy to finish off quickly. The four loot points in this area sometimes drop handy gear.
