Lots of Earth Elementals, you'll need to bring some AoE damage to break through the rocks at the end of the area, Ice Storm amulets from the merchants will do if you do not have loot breaking spell casting ability. If you are going for Grehnaxas kill all the elementals up to the end of the zone to achieve the KC requirement for this tag.
