Allows the user to teleport to Loki's Hall via the Holy Altar, when used by immortal characters these also give the option to enter the Elemental Planes when used on the Holy Altar. Throwing a gem in sends you to Elemental Plane of Air and crushing a gem sends you to Elemental Plane of Earth with the other planes accessible from these areas.
Is a single use item but can be stacked up to 50.
There is one in the loot chests behind Razhids pet in Razhids Burial Chamber
There is another in the Caverns of Underdark as entered from Manatakloss - Docks
They respawn after about 20 minutes so you can 'camp' near the spots (on multiple servers if you really want to speed things up!) to accumulate gems if required
