Build Notes
The skill points given enable you to take the Assassin or Shadowdancer class from level 2, the Snakeblood feat allows you to take LSA Parry so you can make an Assassin (usually Str based) that can max this skill and the Human base race allows up to two more enabler feats to be taken at creation.
