Access through a cave entrance on the North side of the map, lair of the Half-Orc Bandit Chief (level 7 accomplishment (see Accomplishments)). One of the bandits in the initial spawn drops the key to open the door. The chief drops a helm with Knockdown immunity and fire resistance.
