Prerequisites: 21st level, the ability to cast 9th level spells and 32 ranks in Spellcraft
Specifics: The caster creates a ball of energy that does D20 points of Acid, Fire, Electrical and Sonic damage to all targets in its blast radius.
When cast by feat, each Legendary Spell Focus adds 5d6 to each of the damage types.
Used by Gnomish Inventors to power their Portable Cannons.
When cast by a Bloodfire Mage, the types of damage change to Fire and its uses per day increase to 1 per 10 Red Dragon Disciple levels (including LL). It does CL 3/2 D20 damage. If Fire would heal a target they take some Exotic damage instead.
When cast by a Dragonstorm Mage, the types of damage change to Electrical and its uses per day increase to 1 per 10 Red Dragon Disciple levels (including LL). It does CL 3/2 d20 damage. If Electrical would heal a target they take some Exotic damage instead.
This spell is loot breaking, unless cast by a Bloodfire Mage or Dragonstorm Mage. Use: Cast.
