Description: All creatures in the area of effect take 3d6 points of Bludgeoning damage and 2d6 points of Cold damage. Ice Storm will do an additional 1d6 Cold damage per 3/4 caster levels. At CL20, Bludgeoning damage increases to (CL/3)d6, reaching 20d6 Cold and 20d6 Bludgeoning at CL60.
Notes
This is one of the few Evocation spells that allows no reflex save for half damage. Useful against characters with Evasion.
Note that the Cleric Domain Ice Storm counts as 4th level for spell level calculations. E.g. Globe of Invulnerability will block a Cleric's Ice Storm.
