Fire Giants, Fire Elementals and the Lave King (level 22 accomplishment (see Accomplishments)), the altar in this area gives The Ring of Firewalking to level appropriate characters. To get to the Lava King you will need to break one of the statues across the lava to open the door either with a missile weapon or loot breaking spell, trying to open the doors by clicking on them will activate an unpleasant trap which may kill the unprepared.
