Description: This spell projects a freezing ball of Cold at a single target. If the caster makes a roll to hit with an AB equal to CL+ (caster modifier / 2) + (Conj foci * 3) + 1d20 the ball will do CLd4 Cold damage modified by lore and the targets base conceal.
