- Nobarians cannot raise the Lore skill until legendary levels.
Build Notes
Makes an acceptable Arcane Archer or a finesse type Ranger as large size opens up more weapons although the Int -2 effectively cancels out the innate skill point boost Half-Elf gives in LL.
