This item is not truly a Vestige, however it is included in this category because it is linked to the breaking/binding of the Wand of Orcus.

Each character who acquires the tag for "Saving Pelor" automatically receives this mote.

NOTE:Motes are (currently at least) not bound to your character although the stats you choose are fixed so it is possible to swap them between Saving Pelor tagged characters if you need specific +16 stats that are not the ones you set on the mote you originally obtained.
