Lots of Undead Shrikes (very vulnerable to Undeath to Death but Sunburst is not so effective even though of a higher level), a few elementals (death magic to instakill) and the Lich Axilar the Tainted (level 38 accomplishment (see Accomplishments)). The Tainted Elder Guardian drops the key to enter his lair.
It is advisable to bigby (7 or 9) Axilar if possible as he has a prodigious quantity of Greater Ruins which have had their DC boosted but the last update to this spell.
