are you sure, this is a beyond ultra-rare?

It is an artifact that drops just like BUR items -- only in Hells, and randomly. This is in contrast to the Eye of Vecna and Pyramid Energy which are also artifacts but are set drops. It doesn't show up in the item lister as a BUR since it's an artifact. I wasn't quite sure how to indicate this so I chose to list it as a BUR but add it to artifact category. At some future point in HG each of the other 4 stat artifacts will get their own set drop locations. Please feel free to change the page if you think it should be listed differently, as it's an awkward fit. Yomi 01:30, 27 May 2007 (CDT)
