Build Notes
Good for various builds that normally lack the ability to fit in save Feats, also benefits from the Elven Able Learner ability allowing Cross Class skills to be taken further in legendary levels if you have skill points to spare. The No Experience penalty benefit allows some interesting build options without negatively impacting on the time taken to level up.
