Optimal race for making an Accursed Pariah with a massive +10 to initial Constitution when the Gnome base race is taken into account. The free feats given allow another spell school to easily be incorporated in your build with +8 Regeneration, Flesh to Stone immunity and Passwall adding icing to an already excellent cake..
