Scrolls

• Scribing scrolls requires a blank scroll (purchased from the Wondrous Items shop) and the Scribe Scroll feat, which wizards receive for free. There is an XP and GP cost when scribing a scroll, with higher costs for higher level spells. Scroll sheaves allow scribing of multiple scrolls of the same spell whilst only using one spell slot, note that they only function in this way when used in non-PVP zones otherwise they will create a single scroll per spell cast.

• Scrolls are cast based off the scroll level written on the scroll.

• The special abilities of your caster, such as feats that add DC, do not transfer to the scroll.

• Regardless of the caster level, the same scroll (with associated spell level and DC checks) is always scribed. In other words, all scrolls of a particular spell are identical in every way.

• The Undeath to Death scroll cannot be scribed by a Wizard or Sorcerer although a Theurge will be able to do it.

• The Time Stop and True Seeing spells require a special item in order to be scribed.

• HG Enhanced spells cannot be scribed and can only be learned during level up (1-40) or by the use of an Arcane Research Crystal.
