Build Notes
Primarily focused for Shifter builds although can, at a pinch, be used for other Wisdom based characters such as Druids, Clerics or Zen Rangers although it does not give any feats specific for these character types. The free Weapon Specialization Feats given will allow you to take Legendary and Paragon Weapon Specialization. The Any race means that you can use it for race restricted builds such as Arcane Archer, Dwarven Defender or Gnomish Inventor.
