Build Notes
Whilst the skill points given enable you to take the Assassin or Shadowdancer class from level 2, the Feats given point towards either a Monk or a Weapon Master. The Any race means that you can use it for race restricted builds such as Arcane Archer, Dwarven Defender or Gnomish Inventor.
