Pale Master Spells are tied to Intelligence (or Charisma if you decide to use the Staff of Forsaken Sorcery), which determines what level of spell the Pale Master can cast, and influences how many of each spell, and what the spell's DC will be.

Pale Master spells are arcane and most are affected by somatic spell failure caused by wearing heavier armors.

All Necromancy spells function at full level for Pale Masters, whilst Weird also follows this not all other Illusion spells are as effective even when all foci in this school are taken.
